If you are a beginner to Cricut and Cricut Cartridges, take a second to read this.
A Cricut Cartridge stores information about die cuts. Every cartridge contains many different die cuts, which are usually grouped by themes. Themes includes everything from the wintery christmas themes to the summery “Life is a Beach” cartridge.
To print your chosen die cut you enter the Cricut cartridge containing information about it into the Cricut machine, which prints it for you. You load the machine with the paper you want, which means you can choose colors and textures freely. This of course is great for anyone enjoying paper crafts or scrapbooking.
Cricut Cartridge
All cartridges comes with at least Shadow and Blackout creative features. Most include other features but these two are the basic ones. Blackout gives you a general shadow of the graphic but doesn’t cut out the internal details, such as the circle in O. Shadow mats the graphic.
In the right hand menu bar you will find pictures and information about all currently available Cricut cartridges.
